What Bluebird helps you plan

We plan trips and connect you with licensed operators and locals we trust, and now and then we host a Pop-Up Lodge ourselves. Here is what we help coordinate, what you book directly, and where our local network adds signal.

What We Help Plan

Bluebird is an advisory and local-introduction service. We design the trip plan and help you make better booking decisions; you book and pay providers directly unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Planning Scope

  • Custom itinerary design for your dates, group, ability level, and budget
  • Destination and timing recommendations based on seasonality, snow patterns, and trip fit
  • Lodging area guidance and stay-style recommendations
  • Airport routing, transfers, daily mountain transport, and flex-day planning
  • Lift ticket, rental, lesson, guide, and sidecountry recommendations
  • Restaurant, après, asado, and cultural recommendations
  • Introductions to trusted local contacts where our network is strong
  • Light support while you travel when the plan needs a quick adjustment

Booked Directly By You

  • Flights, insurance, visas, and passport requirements
  • Lodging, lift tickets, rentals, lessons, guides, and transfers
  • Meals, drinks, gratuities, equipment, and personal extras
  • Any activity operated by a third-party guide, lodge, resort, or local provider
